1.  Where is my Billing Control Panel?
 
  The Billing Control Panel for Hosting can be found at https://billing.stargateinc.com/olsplus/customersup.html.
 
 
 
2.  What is the Billing Control Panel for?
 
  The Billing Control Panel allows customers to view their hosting plan details, view billing statements and invoices, change credit card information, change customer password, and change customer email.
 
 
 
3.  How do I access the Billing Control Panel?
 
  You will need your registration number to access the billing control panel for the first time and will be able to choose your own password.
 
 
 
4.  How do I access the Billing Control Panel if I do not have my registration number?
 
  If you cannot recall your registration number or password, there is a link that allows you to search by certain criteria, such as domain name and email address. The login info will then be sent to the email address on file for your account.
 
 
 
5.  What is the CVV2 number on my Credit Card and where can I find it?
 
  The CVV2 number is the 3 digit number on the back of the credit card that is used to verify possesion of your credit card.
 
 
 
6.  How do I change my Web Hosting Plan?
 
  To change your web hosting plan you will need to create a Billing Support Ticket from our online support system.
 
 
 
7.  My domain name recently expired and I wish to Restore the domain name to Active Status. How do I go about Restoring the Domain Name?
 
  Your domain name is now in Redemption and you will need to fill out our Redemption form and fax or email it to us.
 
 
 
8.  I was unable to complete my online transaction as either an error occurred or my country has a high degree of fraudulent activity. How can I complete my transaction?
 
  Please fax or email a Credit Card Authorization Form and we will manually complete the transaction for you.
 
 
 
9.  My web site was down for a period of time and I feel that I am owed a credit for this downtime. How do I request a credit on my account?
 
  Please read our SLA Agreement which states the terms of issued credits. If you feel that you fall under these terms, please email creditrequest@stargateinc.com with the necessary info.
 
 
 
10.  I wish to cancel my web hosting account, are there any fees for cancelling my account?
 
  Please read our Cancellation Policy which explains that only accounts that are on a 6 month or 12 month term, with free months included upfront, will be assessed a cancellation fee.
 
 
 
11.  How do I cancel my webhosting?
 
  Any request for cancellation of Stargate's Hosting Service must be received via Phone with Stargate's Customer Service Team at 1-630-369-1651 xt. 19. Informal email is not accepted.

Failure to cancel your hosting account via the proper procedure will result in the continuation of your Hosting Service and the associated service Charges that apply. Please be aware that failure to pay the service bills and/or changing nameservers DOES NOT terminate your Stargate Hosting Service and your account will remain active and you will continue to be charged until a cancellation is received. Failure to renew or restore your domain name also does not automatically terminate your hosting service. The proper cancellation procedure is still required.
 
 
 
12.  I tried to process my transaction online and I got the message "You have exceeded the maximum number of allowed attempts to process your credit card or promocode". How do I process this transaction?
 
  If you download our Manual Transaction form, fill it out and fax it to us, we can process your transaction manually.
