1.  How do I renew my domain name?
 
  You can renew an individual domain name for multiple years by clicking the link titled Renew Your Domain or you can renew multiple domains for 1 year each by logging into your account from the link titled My Account.
 
 
 
2.  How do I renew more then one domain at a time?
 
  To renew more then one domain name at a time you will need to login to your account which can be accessed from the link titled My Account. Once you have logged in, you can renew all the domain names in your account at the same time.
 
 
 
3.  Will I lose any time that I have paid for if I renew my domain before it expires?
 
  No, a domain renewal will extend your domain by one year and will keep your expiration month and day the same.
 
 
 
4.  What is the longest period of time that I can renew a domain for?
 
  You can have a domain name registered for a maximum of 10 years at any time.
 
 
 
5.  What is the cost to renew my domain?
 
  The current renewal price is $6.95 per year.
 
 
 
6.  Is there a price break if I renew for more then one year?
 
  No, our current pricing structure has a set price per year of $6.95 no matter how many years you renew.
 
 
 
7.  How do I know when my domain expires?
 
  You can check our Whois to see the expiration for your domain.
 
 
 
8.  Will I be notified before my domain expires?
 
  Yes, we will send you six email notices to the Administrative contact and six email notices to the billing contact that you have on file starting six weeks before your domain expires.
 
 
 
9.  Do you send me a paper notice of my domains expiration?
 
  No, we only send you the emails to the Administrative and Billing contacts that you have listed on your account.
 
 
 
10.  What if I do not renew my domain before it expires?
 
  Then your domain will be placed into Late Renewal for 5 days and then be deleted. The Registry will put it into Redemption for 30 days. After 30 days your domain name will be sent to PendingDelete for 7 days before being released to general availability. During the 5 day late renewal and the 30 day Redemption period, the previous owner may restore the domain for a fee of $149.95.
 
 
 
11.  Do you have a grace period after my domain expires?
 
  Yes. Domain names that have expired will be placed into Late Renewal for 40 days.
