1.  What is the Junk folder used for?
 
  The Junk folder is created when a Stargate email server recieves an email that matches with known spam databases (e.g. SORBS, SPEWS, SPAMCOP) or other spam filtering rules.
 
 
 
2.  How do I veiw the Junk folder?
 
  You can view the contents of your Junk folder through webmail at http://mail.yourdomainname.com:8383
 
 
 
3.  I do not want email delivered to a Junk folder. How do I bypass the junk folder and deliver all mail to my main inbox?
 
  The Junk folder can be bypassed by creating a Rule under Imail webmail. 1) Login to your webmail account at http://mail.yourdomainname.com:8383 2) Select Change Processing Rules from the drop down box 3) Change Field to TO 4) Enter your email address in PHRASE 5) Select Main in MOVE TO.

  SMTP and POP3 servers are configuered to use your domain name as MAIL.YOURDOMAINNAME.COM
 
 
 
5.  What is the login to Webmail?
 
  http://mail.yourdomainname.com:8383. Make sure to replace yourdomainname.com, with your actual domain name.
 
 
 
6.  How do I report spam abuse to Stargate?
 
  Please submit all reports of Spam abuse to Stargate at abuse@stargate.com
